This policy explains how Orvalis LLC, trading as Orvalis Media ("we", "us"), handles personal information collected through orvalismedia.com.

1. What we collect

• Form submissions. When you use our contact or call-booking forms, we receive the details you enter: name, email address, website, spend range, scheduling preferences and your message.
• Email. If you write to contact@orvalismedia.com, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

The Site does not run advertising or analytics trackers and does not use cookies to profile visitors.

2. How we use it

We use the information you send solely to reply to you, arrange calls you requested, and — if an engagement follows — to deliver our services. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

3. Where it lives

Form submissions are delivered to our business mailbox (Microsoft 365) via a form-forwarding service, and are retained only as long as needed for correspondence and any resulting engagement, or as required by law.

4. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the Site and mailbox (hosting, form forwarding, email), and where required by law. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@orvalismedia.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA or UK), you may have additional statutory rights, which we honour.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
